A acomodação é conforme o anúncio. O apartamente está em excelente localização muito próximo a uma estacao de trem. A Região é silenciosa e a vaga para estacionar o carro foi um diferencial para nosso grupo. Fez muito frio nos dias em que estivemos hospedados no apartamento e o aquecimento funcionou perfeitamente. Somente o banheiro era um pouco mais frio comparado com os demais cômodos. O apartamento, a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam limpos e eram de boa qualidade. Assim como registrado nas fotos os quartos são pequenos, como foram poucos dias isso não afetou nossa estadia. A cozinha possui um bom tamanho, mas os utensílios e louças são um pouco escassos para a quantidade de pessoas que o apartamento comporta, fica como sugestão ampliar os itens. Devido ao frio não acessamos o quintal que é apresentado nas fotos. A escada de acesso ao apto é um pouco íngreme mas não é um acesso difícil. O anfitrião foi prestativo e manteve contato conosco sempre. Agradecemos a estadia!

First of all. Nowhere did it mention it being a second floor, the stairway is very unsafe for elderly, kids and very uncomfortable for luggage. In the main bedroom/top bunk has an uncovered outlet so we couldn’t use it for the kids. The beds had hair on the sheets from previous guest. And a mattress had a huge stain so that’s already 2 beds we couldn’t use. Small white pet hair was everywhere in the house. One of our friends is allergic to pet hair so had a very bad time during the stay. Bathroom sink cold water did not work and the hot water was extremely hot. Then turned on and didn’t turn off again. Kitchen was not maintained at all. Oven was disgustingly dirty. Microwave handle came right off as we try to open it. And top cover on microwave fell off as microwave door was first opened. Blinds on top of sink were dirty WiFi was not working for one whole day of us being there. I dropped some water and tried to wipe it clean with a paper towel and it came out dirty. Rug in living room smelled like pet pee. I am not the one to write bad reviews. And not the one to look for things to complain about. But this place did it for me. Host were polite and responded fast but does not make up with the dirty place we had to stay at.After paying the price we did with a cleaning fee: WE GOT ROBBED !

One of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The sink broke and leaked everywhere, and the shower has almost no barrier, so water floods the bathroom every time you have to use several towels just to stop it. There’s no cover on the bathroom window, and the kitchen window lets in cold air. There’s no real heating system, only weak space heaters that barely work. Some outlets don’t function, and the place didn’t even have a dustpan to clean up with. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them seem only the living room and kitchen are a decent size. If you’re booking the unit with the orange couch, it’s upstairs with very steep steps, which is unsafe if you have kids. The parking situation is also bad; it’s shared with other residents and sits on a busy intersection, making it hard to pull in or out. Overall, definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Be cautious when booking looks can be deceiving and comfort was minimal. Lastly, very thin walls!

I had an amazing time staying here! The place was quiet, peaceful, and really comfortable. There were so many great restaurants nearby, especially Kuffiyeh, which made the stay even better. The host was super easy to communicate with, made check-in a breeze, and was really flexible with everything. Definitely recommend staying here!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De bedden waren geweldig en de bank was heerlijk. De wifi was uitstekend! Bij de slaapkamers zou een klein lampje wel fijn zijn. Wij vonden de spullen om te koken en te eten wel beperkt. Wat heel fijn was dat je heel snel bij de lichtval was, je kwam zo snel in Manhatten. Islam reageerde snel op vragen wat erg prettig was. De uitcheckinstructies waren erg ontspannen.

Blinds on top of sink were dirty WiFi was not working for one whole day of us being there. I dropped some water and tried to wipe it clean with a paper towel and it came out dirty. Rug in living room smelled like pet pee. I am not the one to write bad reviews. And not the one to look for things to complain about. But this place did it for me. Host were polite and responded fast but does not make up with the dirty place we had to stay at.After paying the price we did with a cleaning fee: WE GOT ROBBED !

One of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The sink broke and leaked everywhere, and the shower has almost no barrier, so water floods the bathroom every time you have to use several towels just to stop it. There’s no cover on the bathroom window, and the kitchen window lets in cold air. There’s no real heating system, only weak space heaters that barely work. Some outlets don’t function, and the place didn’t even have a dustpan to clean up with. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them seem only the living room and kitchen are a decent size. If you’re booking the unit with the orange couch, it’s upstairs with very steep steps, which is unsafe if you have kids. The parking situation is also bad; it’s shared with other residents and sits on a busy intersection, making it hard to pull in or out. Overall, definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Be cautious when booking looks can be deceiving and comfort was minimal. Lastly, very thin walls!

A acomodação é conforme o anúncio. O apartamente está em excelente localização muito próximo a uma estacao de trem. A Região é silenciosa e a vaga para estacionar o carro foi um diferencial para nosso grupo. Fez muito frio nos dias em que estivemos hospedados no apartamento e o aquecimento funcionou perfeitamente. Somente o banheiro era um pouco mais frio comparado com os demais cômodos. O apartamento, a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam limpos e eram de boa qualidade. Assim como registrado nas fotos os quartos são pequenos, como foram poucos dias isso não afetou nossa estadia. A cozinha possui um bom tamanho, mas os utensílios e louças são um pouco escassos para a quantidade de pessoas que o apartamento comporta, fica como sugestão ampliar os itens. Devido ao frio não acessamos o quintal que é apresentado nas fotos. A escada de acesso ao apto é um pouco íngreme mas não é um acesso difícil. O anfitrião foi prestativo e manteve contato conosco sempre. Agradecemos a estadia!

First of all. Nowhere did it mention it being a second floor, the stairway is very unsafe for elderly, kids and very uncomfortable for luggage. In the main bedroom/top bunk has an uncovered outlet so we couldn’t use it for the kids. The beds had hair on the sheets from previous guest. And a mattress had a huge stain so that’s already 2 beds we couldn’t use. Small white pet hair was everywhere in the house. One of our friends is allergic to pet hair so had a very bad time during the stay. Bathroom sink cold water did not work and the hot water was extremely hot. Then turned on and didn’t turn off again. Kitchen was not maintained at all. Oven was disgustingly dirty. Microwave handle came right off as we try to open it. And top cover on microwave fell off as microwave door was first opened. I had an amazing time staying here! The place was quiet, peaceful, and really comfortable. There were so many great restaurants nearby, especially Kuffiyeh, which made the stay even better. The host was super easy to communicate with, made check-in a breeze, and was really flexible with everything. Definitely recommend staying here!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De bedden waren geweldig en de bank was heerlijk. De wifi was uitstekend! Bij de slaapkamers zou een klein lampje wel fijn zijn. Wij vonden de spullen om te koken en te eten wel beperkt. Wat heel fijn was dat je heel snel bij de lichtval was, je kwam zo snel in Manhatten. Islam reageerde snel op vragen wat erg prettig was. De uitcheckinstructies waren erg ontspannen.
