Jenna and Stew’s place was amazing. The location was perfect and gave us easy access to the light rail. Parking was not a problem for us as we were able to find parking pretty quick. They were very quick to respond with and questions we had. The house fit us perfectly and the kids enjoyed the outside space. Would gladly return here if we are back in this area? Thank you!

Place was as described in the listing. Everything was clean and maintained well. The parking dance is a bit of a chore but it seemed like it would've been a dream if public transport was the choice mode of getting around. We were warned of the parking situation in advance too by the hosts but you are not really prepared for it unless you through it once. Jenna and Stew are probably the best AirBnB hosts I've ever interacted with - 5 stars for them!

I loved it! It’s conveniently close to everything I wanted! The city, great restaurants, and beautiful local parks. Everything was clean and easy to use. I felt so comfortable here, a true home away from home. Will absolutely come again and recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was just a short walk to the train line, which made getting into New York City incredibly easy while still enjoying a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place in New Jersey with easy access to the trains.

A note for parents: The bunk beds are...questionable. They're not checked or inspected between stays. Each was missing at least one screw [found inside this or that storage furniture in the house.] that is supposed to anchor the ladders. The bathrooms are TINY. There is not enough comfortable seating for ten. There wasn't enough for our party of six. Playing the "gun shot or fireworks" game was...distressing. I do not call that normal city noise. Make sure you check for damages and take pictures. They claimed that they'd done a walk through inspection and didn't catch handles hanging half off of things and other such nonsense.

• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Modern Stay will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Modern Stay will match it.
