A great host and very quick responded to any inquiries also was very easy going with extending the check out even tho the place was booked. Luxury escape with chase and PS5 huge TVs nothing can be better than that.

Ali is very responsive and supportive, we faced an issue because the ACs in the apartment don't have heating option, he immediately delivered three brand new portable heaters to us and we continued our stay very comfortably

Ali and his local team were very responsive and were ready to help us with any questions or issues we had during our stay. The location is unbeatable with excellent restaurants, shops, and a huge mall within 5 min walking. Most things in Cairo are only 30 min away. The doorman was so kind and helpful. The place itself is huge, easily accommodating our large family of 7 with room to spare. Beds are comfortable and place is clean. We booked again.

المكان مطابق للوصف. شقة واسعة ونظيفة جدا. + يوجد مناشف ولازم حمام نظيفة كانك في فندق. المكان قريب جدا من الكبر مول في القاهرة مول سفن ستارز. حول الشقة محلات ومقالات. يوجد حارس للعناية ومصعد. يوجد موقف تحت العمارة لكن الدخول مزعج يمكن الوقوف في الشارع أمام مدخل البناية. يوجد تكييف والتلفزيون في كل الغرف - الانترنت لم يعمل. درج البناية قديم

The place felt rundown - broken tv cabinet, broken door handle. One of the toilets smell horrible - we had to buy liquid cleaner to wash the toilet ourselves, removed the moist bath mats, water puddled in shower area and the shower curtain smell is revolting. Laundry full of bedsheets/towels were left on drying rack outside the bedroom balcony - the view we get! We had to remove them so we can use the rack for our washed clothes. Not all amenities are adequately provided - not enough towels, no batteries on aircon/tv remote controls. Kettle smells of ginger. Instruction to open the main door could have been relied to us before we reached - we had to hold the door a little while unlocking. Host is indeed responsive. We shared the main issues, but it did not help to make our stay an enjoyable one. Hope the host will look into this especially cleanliness issues. Location is undeniable - walkable to Stars City Mall. There are also plenty of variety shops around the area. Feels safe.

I travel to many places and have stayed in many apartments, but I have honestly never experienced such kind, respectful, and professional treatment before. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. Everything is provided. Whenever you need something, have a question, or face any issue, the response is fast and always focused on making you comfortable and satisfied. Special thanks to Mr. Ali for his patience and respectful attitude. This will certainly not be my last stay here

• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Modern Stay will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.

• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
